In Episode 60, you will hear from Battalion Chief Jason Golden from Southern Marin Fire Protection District. Jason and I met years ago when he attended my first IAFF/ALTS Work-Life Balance workshop in Anaheim, CA. Jason says it best “It takes work to have work-life balance”. Chief Golden helped start the behavioral health programs many years ago and today is one of the program’s chairs. He has been happily married for 23 years and they are actively raising their 11-year old son.
