|3 Ideas – 2 Quotes – 1 Question and Answer from Me to help you reflect on your work-life balance and wellness habits this week.
Mornings with Scripture
My mornings begin quietly with the pages of my Bible, setting the direction for my day with intention. This simple practice shapes my day in subtle but significant ways, helping me start with a grounded and focused mindset. Iāve realized that skipping this ritual tends to disrupt the calm balance I strive to maintain.
Embracing Belief
There is a profound comfort in the words of Scripture, especially during moments of worry. I try to remember the strength found in promises like āno weapon formed against me shall prosper.ā It’s these words that remind me of the quiet, ever-present support from above, reassuring me that I am never alone.
Reflective Living
Belief turns into action in small, everyday ways. Striving for balance in faith, family, health and career is a daily journey, and each small action reflects my faith. I find deep joy and fulfillment in sharing lessons on proactive behavioral health and work-life balance. Itās a path that not only enriches my life but hopefully inspires others as well.
Observing Quietly
Living out our faith opens us to the subtle workings of grace in ordinary moments. This journey isnāt loud or dramatic, but in the everyday interactions, I find small joys and lessons in faith that resonate deeply and keep me grounded. Donāt get me wrong, I have many flaws. It is through belief that I work to mitigate these flaws and give everyone the best version of myself.
Next week, Iām going to write about a man who stopped my daughter and me in the park and asked if we wanted our picture taken. Iāll share what we learned from this encounter and how God works in mysterious ways.
2 Quotes from Others
- I. “I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world.”
– John 16-33
- “Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”
ā Philippians 4:6-7
