3 Ideas from Me


Imagine someone who spends ample time and energy on maintaining a healthy state of affairs with their self-care. They manage and align their daily behaviors with their self-care priorities.

They prioritize regularly managing their physical, mental, social, and spiritual health. They built many healthy habits and routines to support their wellness.


When I imagine this person, I can feel the sense of accomplishment, peace, and well-being they experience each day. In this state, they become more engaged with their family and career. They are in an ideal form of work-life balance.

Being in an ideal state of balance is not only good for you, but your family, employer, and everyone around you benefits.


Reaching an ideal state of balance is not easy. It takes self-discipline and commitment to your purpose. There are significant benefits to striving for your perfect state of balance. Even when we shoot for the moon and miss, we land among the stars with a healthy balance of self-care, family, and work.

Just as a star can discharge dangerous solar flares, we encounter critical incidents that can lead to undesirable outcomes. I don’t know about you, but when I’m doing well with my work-life balance, I recover faster from critical incidents and life stressors because my life balance breeds resiliency.
