The problem often resides in turning knowledge and thoughts into actions. A is for Action. Thoughts are needed; they are prerequisites to action. However, it is in the actions that we choose to take that leads to change.” II. “Our actions can get turbocharged when we attach a bullish expectation. B is for bullish. Being bullish means, you expect and believe favorable outcomes will result from your actions. If your action is exercise, have the bullish expectation that you will begin to feel more energized and have a greater sense of well-being.
